About:

A detailed diet/meal description that is utilized in order to develop daily structured meals to consume YOUR recommended amount of daily calories.

Plan is based on YOUR body composition (sex, age, weight, height) as well as your overall goals for any amount of allotted time (i.e. lose 5 pounds, gain 5 pounds of muscle, maintain body weight but tone muscles).

Plan is developed utilizing the Josh Owens Fitness daily caloric intake calculator. A structured regime (recycled weekly) consisting of a variety of foods is sent to the client. This regime is to be followed for the 8 weeks. Meals may be substituted. Collaborate with Josh regarding changes.
